Io Sono was born from a concrete frustration: there was no place where women with real responsibilities, a company, a team, decisions that carry weight, could compare notes seriously, without having to explain the context from scratch every time and without the rhetoric of "you can do it".
We already know we can do it. What we need is to understand how, with those who have done it before, with those who are doing it now, with a method that does not ask us to be someone else.
Today the community lives here: in the Io Sono newsletter, reaching almost 1,000 women entrepreneurs, executives and professionals every Saturday. That is where we compare notes, reply, grow.
