The program
IO SONO, CRESCO E BRILLO
IO SONO, CRESCO E BRILLO (Italian for "I am, I grow, I shine") is the women's empowerment program for companies: it enters with a two-hour on-site roadshow, on real cases, and continues with classroom days and full three-stage programs. Measurable outputs at 30 and 90 days: method, not motivation.
